Face to Face Sessions

Sessions are tailored to your fitness level and goals, with close guidance and accountability. You’ll build strength, confidence, and consistency while training alongside a small, supportive group for added encouragement and fun.
Self Care Coaching
Self-care coaching helps you prioritise your wellbeing through personalised habits, mindset support and lifestyle strategies. Together, we build routines that reduce stress, improve confidence, strengthen boundaries and encourage balance.
